ABET will be coming to speak with Undergraduates on Monday, September 10, at 1:30 pm. If you are an Undergraduate, and would like to participate (ask questions, tell them about the CS program and department), please meet in room 109 by 1:30. Dr. Osbourne would like to see at least 30 Undergraduate students, so everyone should attend if they are able.

If there are no concerns, meetings will be the first Monday of each month at 3pm. Please let me know if this does not work for you, e-mail me at acmlamar@gmail.com, since I would like everyone to be available to come to the business meetings.

Since there is no school this coming Monday for labor day, we will have our meeting the following Monday unless otherwise posted. If this doesn't change, I will begin posting meeting flyers either Friday or Tuesday, so please act quickly if you have any disagreements.

Since there were no objections, our first meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 29th at 3 pm upstairs in the Maes Commons Area. We will have free pizza, drinks, chips, and queso. We will also hold a raffle to win a prize. There will also be some door prizes. At our first meeting, I will give an overview of what things we have in store for this school year, then we will have the rest of the time to mingle. I would appreciate it if all members will attend, especially if you need to renew your membership. If you haven't been a member previously, please attend this meeting to consider joining.

Members, please check your fall schedules. We will be having only one business meeting a month, and other activities or discussions planned for most of the other weeks during the month. We would like to have the business meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 3 pm. Please e-mail us if there are any schedule conflicts, since we would like all members to be able to attend. Thank you.

As you know, the Spring Banquet left the ACM broke. So, I've listed some of our more valuable books on Amazon to sell. You can check out our storefront.

If you wish to purchase one of the books listed on Amazon, you can bypass the shipping costs if you e-mail us and pick the book up on campus.
